A flirting waitress doesn't mean anything. Give it a shot though, and leave a big tip.

No harm in leaving it. If you caught her name, write your name and number on one side of a paper, fold it over, and write her name on the outside so you'll be sure she gets it.

If you're single, and she's attractive, and you KNOW she's hitting on you and not just angling for a better tip, then leaving your number is cliche' and unoriginal. Why don't you ask HER for her number? That would be unexpected, and will tell you right away if you're right or wrong.
