If you ignore a woman she will think you are not interested in her.
Under no circumstances will she make a move on you, its always up top the guy to do it.

Guess it depends. In real sense, it should be a man chasing after a woman. If you ignore they wont see the need of chasing after you better say it earlier rather than saying it after you have been beaten up in love.
