Leaving without telling you could me a lot. May be she wanted to keep this as secret. In my opinion she me be seeing someone behind your back. I would advice you to talk about this issue with her.

There is very high possibly she is seeing someone else. No wonder you already feel she cheating on you.You need to sit down with her and have a talk, a very serious talk!

there must be a reason why she slept with that person at your rural home. maybe she wanted some excitement and out of bad luck the condom broke.she could not abort coz of tha guilt. the only solution is for you to separate from her but not divorce. coz you two cant stay together due to the fact that u will b reminding her of da incident whenever there is an argument.
