well, even if the truth is not necessarily something they want to hear, if you really value your relationship, its best not to lie.honesty is really important in relationships, and i would know. ive never lied to my girlfriend.not once,and we have a very good relationship. :)
a good relationship focuses on honest sure the true may hurt but i rather hurt them for like 5 mins then keep lying to them and unfortunely have no gf/bf
I try, but I like making people happy, and sometimes the truth would make them vary unhappy, even more unhappy then the fact I would lie to them would.
See here one thing that plays a major role is that... it totally depends on the type of spouse you have.... if your spouse can take the criticism to the face value than being honest is not a bad idea however..... however if your partner is emotional than you must not tell them what you really feels because it will make them feel bad and obviously you don't want you love to feel bad..... so it depends on the nature of your spouse.... :):)
