I think they are just nervous by seeing something different. By maybe thinking its going to be hard than usual.

Guess because some colors are just too terrifying.

most of them assume so but in the real sense it is just what we call exam fever.If you are ready for any exam whether it is in black or whatever colour you will have to attempt it with the required confidence and pass.
