The purpose of having a constitution is to treat equally and protect all tribes, religions and people, whether minority or majority.

No it shouldn't favour, is made for all the citizens in that country and to the generation to come. its a way forward to how the people are to be governed as they wish. that is why we say its people driven constitution.
