I have this feeling that even with a new constitution in place our leaders will still fail us coz they just knw hw to make empty promises. Are there any of the leaders who will prove mi wrong?

You r right Gathu. The leaders we have are full of empty promises and am sure they will continue to promise Kenyans things they will never fulfill.

I don't think so. The new katiba makes it hard for leaders of empty promises to survival. It doesn't provide second chance to deliver. That's indeed a rude awakening for such leaders. I strongly believe some leaders will now delivery, now that political environment will be totally changed for the better.
